It is a recording, not a desk. That number comes from the county's own materials. Numbers, hours, and rules can change, so always trust the paperwork your officer gave you over anything you read online, including this page.
It is not the RMS office line
The office in Conroe, at 310 East Davis, Suite 100, has its own number, 936-207-4223. Questions about a test you already took, or about the office itself, go there, not to the testing line.
It is not your probation officer's number either
RMS decides nothing about your case. Your officer does, and their number is on your own paperwork.
And it is the Montgomery County in Texas
Other states have a county with the same name, and their numbers are different ones.
