How it works

How do you guarantee that every call is made every single day?

Our system is fully automated and operates 24/7. Each morning, our AI assistant dials your testing center early in the day—no exceptions. Because it is powered by always-on cloud infrastructure, there is no "off day" or missed reminder.

We have also built in fail-safe retries: if the line is busy, disconnected, or changes its prompts, our system automatically retries until the call goes through successfully. Every call attempt and result is logged, timestamped, and recorded (up to 7 days) so you always have a clear record of the calls we make for you.

What if the place is unavailable or my information is wrong?
If we cannot reach the place or the details on file (like your ID number) fail, we immediately alert you so you can call manually. We are committed to ensuring you never miss a check-in.
How does Call For Me work?
Once you set up your account, our AI assistant makes calls on your behalf to the numbers you specify. You’ll receive call summaries and transcripts in your dashboard.
What exactly is a "place" in your pricing?
A "place" is any unique number or location we call on your behalf — for example, a doctor’s office, hotline, or test center.

Billing & Plans

Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do you offer any discounts for annual billing?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount when you pay annually.
What happens if I exceed my included places?
Extra places are automatically billed at the rates shown on the pricing page. You'll receive a detailed breakdown on your monthly invoice. Changes mid-cycle are prorated.
Is there a setup fee?
There are no setup fees for Starter and Professional plans. Organization plans may have a one-time setup fee depending on complexity.
Can I cancel anytime?
You may cancel your subscription at any time, whether you're on a monthly or annual plan. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused time on either monthly or annual plans.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. We'll send a reminder email prior to your renewal date. You can turn off auto-renewal in the settings for your account.
What if I cancel during the free trial?
If you cancel within the 7 day free trial period you will not be billed.
Is this legal?

Yes — using an AI assistant to make calls on your behalf is legal when done in compliance with FCC and FTC rules. It’s similar to hiring a person to call for you, except automated.

We only make calls where you have the right to request the call, and we always include clear disclosure that it’s an automated assistant. Our service follows all relevant laws, including disclosure and consent requirements, to ensure that every call is made safely and transparently.

How do you protect my data?
All call data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share recordings or transcripts without your consent.
What is Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) and should I use it?
Yes — we recommend it. MFA adds a second step to sign‑in using a 6‑digit code from an authenticator app. It’s faster than SMS codes and protects you from SIM‑swap or interception. Learn more about MFA.

Account & Data

How long are recordings and transcripts available?
Recordings are kept for 7 days by default while transcripts are available for the life of your subscription.
What phone numbers should I allow to receive calls and SMS messages?
We currently contact customers from (325) 442-6436 and (281) 688-2738. Please ensure both numbers are able to reach you by phone and SMS so you do not miss important updates.
