What exactly is a "place" in your pricing?
A "place" refers to one location or phone number that we call on your behalf. For example, if you need us to call a drug testing hotline daily, that would be 1 place.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do you offer any discounts for annual billing?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount when you pay annually.
What happens if I exceed my included places?
When we offer them, extra places will be automatically billed at the rates given. You'll receive a detailed breakdown on your monthly invoice.
Is there a setup fee?
There are no setup fees for Starter and Professional plans. Organization plans may have a one-time setup fee depending on complexity.
How long are recordings and transcripts available?
Recordings are kept for 7 days by default while transcripts are available for the life of your subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
You may cancel your subscription at any time, whether you're on a monthly or annual plan. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused time on either monthly or annual plans.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. We'll send a reminder email prior to your renewal date. You can turn off auto-renewal in the settings for your account.
What if I cancel during the free trial?
If you cancel within the 7 day free trial period you will not be billed.
