How it works

Do you call every day?

Yes, we call daily. If we can’t get through (busy line, carrier problem, their system changes), we retry and let you know by text, email, or phone call so you can call in yourself as a backup. Every call is logged in your dashboard with date, time, and what happened.

What if your place is unavailable or your info is wrong?
If we can't reach your place or the info on file is wrong, we let you know by text, email, or phone call so you can call in yourself.
How does CallForMe work?
We call your check-in line for you, every day. You get the result by text, email, or phone call. Every call is logged in your dashboard with date, time, and what we heard.
What if I switch probation systems?
Right now we support the most common check-in lines, and we’re adding more all the time. If your line isn’t covered yet, contact support and we’ll look at adding it.
What happens on weekends or holidays?
We follow the schedule your check-in line requires. For daily lines (most probation check-ins), that means every day including weekends and holidays. If the line is closed or responds differently on those days, we let you know by text, email, or phone call.

Billing & Plans

Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Switch between Basic and Pro anytime from your account. The price adjusts for the rest of your cycle.
Do you offer any discounts for annual billing?
Yes, pay annually and save 20%. That’s $24/year on Basic or $48/year on Pro.
What happens if I exceed my included places?
Only Pro supports extra places. $8 per place, per month. Add or remove anytime. Mid-cycle changes are prorated on your next invoice.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. Your subscription price is all you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime, monthly or annual. You keep the service until your billing period ends. We don’t refund unused time.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes, plans renew automatically. We email you before the renewal date. You can turn off auto-renew in your account settings.
What if I cancel during the free trial?
Cancel inside the 21-day free trial and you won’t be charged.
Is this legal?

CallForMe is built to follow the FCC and FTC rules for automated calls. You’re responsible for whether using a service like this fits your situation. If you have a court order or specific rules about how you check in, check those first. We can’t give you legal advice.

Do I have to give you my check-in info?
Yes. We need whatever info your line asks for so we can check you in on your behalf. That info stays private to your account and we never share it. We only use it to make your daily call.
How do you protect my data?
Your call audio is kept in your account for 7 days, then removed. Transcripts stay private to your account. We share data only when we have to (to keep the service running or when the law requires it). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Call audio is kept in your account for 7 days. Transcripts are kept for 7 days on Basic, and as long as your membership is active on Pro.
What phone numbers should I allow to receive calls and SMS messages?
We call and text from (325) 442-6436 and (281) 688-2738. Save both so our messages get through.

One missed call is one violation. We call so you don’t have to remember.
