What the call is
You call a phone line. A recording answers, not a person. It reads out a color. Everyone who calls hears the same color.
Don't want to make this call on your own? We'll make it and send you the answer.
Your color comes from your supervision program, not from us
The people supervising your case give you your color. If it's your color, you may need to report that day. If it isn't, you could still be told to test: your court or your officer can require it.
The recording may also say a time to report by. We don't pass that along, so check the line or your paperwork.

Hours for calling it: we haven't found them on the county's website. What you were given, or the people supervising your case, can tell you.
Calling every day
If you've been told to call every day, that includes Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. That's a lot of calls to make without missing one.
If you miss a day
What a missed call or a missed test means for your case is up to the court and the people supervising you. If it happens, contact them that same day. Don't wait.
How CallForMe makes the call for you
CallForMe calls 682-229-2030 every day it's required, and tells you if the line didn't have an answer. We listen to the recording and compare the color it reads with the color you gave us. Then we send you the answer, whether the color you gave us was called, by text, email or phone call, whichever you pick.
The recording is our only source. We don't have access to your case, and we don't talk to your officer or the county.
Phone lines fail, and a recording isn't always clear. If a call doesn't give us a clear answer, we call the line again. If you haven't heard from us by the time you'd normally call, call the line yourself and don't wait on us.
Any phone will do. Nothing to install. When your free month ends, it stops on its own unless you choose to keep it. Nothing gets charged.
